Very good road bike route with good asphalt and practically no traffic. The hedges offer good protection from the wind.

I wouldn't drive on the road. There's still quite a bit of traffic here in the Hamburg area. The bike path works well, though.

Ridden here again and again, I come here several times a year.

Although there's generally little traffic on the road, I still prefer the bike path between towns. The cars zip by at an unpleasantly fast pace. The bike path is also very easy to ride. The asphalt is smooth and well-maintained. The number of root bumps is very small (it feels like one at the beginning and one at the end), and they're not very steep.

A great route to get to or from Bergedorf. It can be a bit busier on sunny summer weekends.
