The Protestant village church of Oehna in the municipality of Niedergörsdorf, in the Oehna district of the Teltow-Fläming district of Brandenburg, is located in the northern part of the village and is a listed building. The church in Niedergörsdorf served as the mother church from 1216; today, it serves a parish. The Archbishop of Magdeburg held the right of patronage. From 1522 to 1523, the church was the place of work of the clergyman and reformer Paulus von Rhoda. He had been expelled from Jüterbog and sent to Stettin by Martin Luther in 1523.

Absolute highlight when you ride the RK1 of the Fläming Skate! When you stand on the wooden castle, you can see the Petkus radio tower on the horizon far to the west. This gives you an idea of the size and width of the Fläming Skate 🤩 I always stop there to let my eyes wander... a dream!

The only place where we found an open kitchen on a Sunday lunchtime (1:30 p.m.) on the southern tangent of the 94 km Flemming Skate circuit, roughly halfway through the tour, on a beautiful summer day during the Berlin holidays. I wouldn't eat that schnitzel again...
