The Katharinenlinde in Schwieberdingen is a striking natural monument on the highest elevation of the municipal area (351 m above sea level). The historic tree was planted around 1820 in memory of Queen Katharina of Württemberg. Today, the site offers a fantastic panoramic view over the Strohgäu. Directly at the linden tree, there is also an important Celtic female grave from the turn of the 5th to the 4th century BC. During excavations in 1935, the flat grave of a wealthy woman was discovered here, who was buried with precious bronze and iron cloak pins (fibulae).

I strongly doubt the "pass" part, but it's a nice installation, worth seeing.

The Hohenasperg is worth a visit. You have a great view from there. In addition, a prison hospital is housed there... on our bike trip, we only rode past it from a distance. But we have already been there ourselves for a separate visit,
