Directly on the cycle path between Viechtwang and Scharnstein stands a very, very beautiful and well-maintained wayside chapel dedicated to St. Florian. The origins of the chapel date back to 1878. From this spot, which invites you to take a short break despite the lack of seating, you have a wonderful view of the landscape and the mountains to the south - a relaxing and peaceful place in a great landscape.

A wonderful recreational area and excursion destination with views of the Traunstein and Katzenstein mountains. The Ramsaualm offers excellent self-service catering. There are several hiking trails to choose from that lead to the lake.
