Beautiful half-timbered houses in Olsberg-Bigge. Should be included in a tour. Well worth seeing! Information about the buildings can be found on site on the "Historic Trail Olsberg Bigge" boards

Friedrich Wilhelm Grimme was born on December 25, 1827. He died on April 3, 1887 in Münster. The “Poet of the Sauerland” Friedrich Wilhelm Grimme was born in Assinghausen as the seventh son of a village school teacher and a farmer’s daughter. Visitors can still find the house where he was born below the church. In front of the house, a life-size bronze statue commemorates the poet. There is a monument in honor of the poet on Grimmestrasse, which was inaugurated in 1907.

Great climb or descent on good surfaces and a beautiful view. But also traffic on the street.

I didn't find the Kurhaus that impressive - but the road is easy to drive with the RR: good surface, little traffic, wonderful landscape!

Short sections are left natural. Good puncture protection is certainly helpful. Very beautiful nature, if you appreciate the wide view of the landscape, you are on the right track here. Barely Traffic on most sections.
