Super beautiful property... When you are cycling here... Please push! It is not a given that you are allowed/can walk over/through a private garden. Many thanks to the owners! 🫶🏼

The diagonal position of the sandstone layers is interesting.

We have found that the wet summer has resulted in a swampy landscape in the area around the fish ponds and that a lot of trees have fallen over. Everything is left lying there despite the fact that it is a designated hiking trail! So be careful. You have to be pretty fit or young to use the trail independently of the swamp.

Directly behind the museum there is a nice playground and directly behind it you go back into the forest along the Düssel

A magnificent, beautifully restored building that immediately catches the eye. The heart of the community center is the Great Hall, which offers ample space for events and concerts. Elaborate stucco work creates an incomparable atmosphere that turns every event into a unique experience. It also makes a beautiful photo opportunity in the beautiful surrounding old town.
