A touch of the Orient in Brandenburg. But unfortunately, only a lost place anymore.

Situation November 2025: no chance of crossing the bridge. Construction work is still in full swing. Maybe it's possible on weekends if you sneak through.

The building with the towers is the granary, and the Moorish-style building constructed around 1861 is the manor house. For 30 years, the property changed hands frequently, and the buildings were left to decay; only since 2024 have they been somewhat secured. From here, the Rhin flows through pristine nature. A beautiful canoe.

This bathing spot at the lower end of Lake Ruppin near Alt Friesack is particularly charming and offers plenty of space. Plenty of sun as needed, or shade from larger trees. Stunningly beautiful rocks along the shoreline don't interfere with entering the water. There are many niches. In fact, there are several bathing spots lined up next to each other here. Note: It's also a real highlight as a viewing point. Treading water would be a good alternative, as the entrance is quite shallow.
