Öhringen is often visited for its collegiate church, but the market square with its half-timbered houses from the 17th and 18th centuries is just as worth seeing. Take a moment before or after you cycle on. Around the square stand some of the best-preserved burgher houses in the region, and the ensemble as a whole appears impressively calm and harmonious.

The Hofgarten is Öhringen's premier local recreation area. It's beautifully designed and, thanks to its many paved paths, easily accessible by road bike. However, it's very busy on nice weekends.

The Hohenlohe Barn was built in 2015 for the 2016 State Garden Show. During the 2016 State Garden Show, it hosted distillers, Hohenlohe Country Women, and other regional partners for over 171 days. Since the summer of 2017, the Hohenlohe Barn has been operated by the regional wineries and the Hohenlohe eG winery ("Fürstenfass"). Regional wines and small, simple meals, known in Hohenlohe dialect as "Vesper," are served from Wednesday to Sunday. The Hohenlohe Barn is located on the former grounds of the State Garden Show between Öhringen and Cappel along the Ohrn River (74613, Cappelaue, Felsenkeller 11) and is open weekly from May to early October. https://www.oehringen.de/freizeit-tourismus/hohenloher-scheune
