My recommendation: You start in Sivas on the market square and drive over an idyllic gently meandering, pleasantly quiet way to Kouses. Here you look at the very beautiful and good herb shop "Botano" over. Here the link: https://botano.gr/ On the way there is an indescribable view of the Messara plain, on the Psiloritis and in good visibility even on the Lefka Ori (white mountains).
