This lakeside promenade is brilliant. Even non-botanists can admire great, old subtropical plants and fantastic seasonal flower arrangements here. In spring, the snowfields of the mountains on the southern shore (Haute Savoie) compete with the sparkling and glittering stars on the waves of Lake Geneva. A dream.

The church is a real eye-catcher. Its architecture and numerous stained-glass windows, which create beautiful light reflections in the sunshine, are particularly eye-catching.

Aigle flourishes at the foot of the Vaud Prealps, at the crossroads of the Rhône and Grande Eau valleys, in a region where vineyards meet mountains. Its medieval heart houses the arcades of Jerusalem Street, and fountains and sculptures can be discovered in the Cloître, Fontaine, Chapelle, and Bourg districts. Overlooking the town, Aigle Castle, built at the end of the Middle Ages, has housed the Vine and Wine Museum since 1976.

While elsewhere winter still reigns deep, here the first signs of spring are already emerging. Dreamy.

Montreux Covered Market, Montreux Built at the end of the 19th century, the "Marché Couvert" (Covered Market) was a gift to the city of Montreux from Henri Nestlé. The metal structure of the market hall is inspired by the famous Halles de Victor Baltard in Paris. Located directly on the lake and just steps from most hotels, it is the ideal venue for your event. The market hall can accommodate 800 people for a dinner and 1,000 for a cocktail party. Text / Source: Montreux-Vevey Tourism https://www.montreuxriviera.com/de/P75746/marche-couvert-de-montreux
