Numerous exhibits spanning five millennia. Housed in the Reuchlinhaus, an interesting building in the city park, constructed in 1961. It consists of four cubic structures. Besides the art museum, only the art association is currently located there. Previously, it also housed a library, a local history museum, and the city archives.

The Emma Jaeger Bath, designed by city architect Alfred Roepert, was built as a donation from Emma Jaeger, the wife of a merchant. It was the first indoor swimming pool in Pforzheim. The richly articulated building, with its bay windows, gables, and steep roofs, is in the Neo-Renaissance style. The towering structure served as a reservoir for the water supply.

The Barfüßerkirche (Barefoot Church) in its present form is the remnant of a once much larger hall church, which stretched westward to the "Jägerpassage." It was the monastery church of the Franciscan monks, who were also called "Barfüßer" (Barefoot Monks), and according to documented records, settled within the city walls from 1270 onward. The Gothic hall church and the monastery buildings adjoining it to the north were severely damaged in 1689 during the War of the Palatinate Succession and were largely demolished by 1744. Behind the organ loft, traces of the "triumphal arch" can still be seen, the walled-up opening to the former nave. All that remains is the long choir, the "Barfüßerchor" (Barefoot Choir). This choir also suffered severe damage during the heavy air raid on Pforzheim on February 23, 1945, shortly before the end of World War II, but was rebuilt between 1947 and 1959.

The Dominican convent was converted into a hospital after the Reformation and destroyed by Mélac in 1689! Afterward, an orphanage was built there, later a penitentiary/insane asylum. Today, the address is "Am Waisenhausplatz" 🤔 Much more information can be found online or in the city archives!
