Tongelaar Castle is a medieval castle complex that, in its current form, incorporates elements from various periods. The castle stands on a strategic elevation and is surrounded by water features and old farmstead structures that are part of the historic estate. It was first mentioned in the 14th century and has been renovated and fortified several times since then. The buildings, courtyard, and moats clearly reflect its former fortified function and its later agricultural role within the estate. Today, the castle serves as a visitor center and restaurant, with views of the surrounding lanes and fields.

The church of Linden, dedicated to St. Lambertus, is not only the smallest church in Cuijk's smallest village, but also by far the oldest. The building dates from around 1450. The original chapel probably already existed around 1300. The choir substructure must date from this period.

Next to the gate of the Hiersenhof estate, at the entrance on the public road, there is a chapel built in 1942, dedicated to Our Lady Queen of Peace. This chapel was built by a student guild that was on camp here. The construction of the chapel took on a certain meaning because Jan de Quay had been taken hostage at that time and it was not clear how things would develop further. There was even a threat of execution. Incidentally, this threat was averted at the consecration of the chapel on 15 August 1942 (Assumption of Mary). Around mid-July, the Nijmegen Four Days Marches pass by the chapel, and several walkers lay flowers there. The chapel contains a stylized stone statue of Mary by Niels Steenbergen, dating from after the liberation. Source and more information: Wikipedia
