bear territory! Certainly exciting for children because there are lots of metal animals to be found. According to the local resident, the Alm is only open at weekends. I couldn't go further with the dog because the cows blocked the path and the forest is too dense to walk around. The ground in the gorge is unfavorable for sensitive paws. But we did it because it was at least a cool walk during heat waves. Parking is available for a handful of cars

The Gusenalm is located halfway between the Seetal car park and the summit / Panoramaalm (or with a detour to the Goldeck Hut). I strongly recommend taking the tour counterclockwise as it is much more enjoyable. First from "Seetal" up to the Panoramaalm and then from here descent (long, steep) to the Gusenalmhütte. The other way around it is a real torture. The route Gusenalm via Kapellenalm to the Seetal car park is pleasant to walk via an access road.
