Today, the south wing is owned by the city, which, after extensive renovation, makes it available for weddings, among other things. This included, in detail, wooden beam paintings such as floral ornamentation, flower tendrils and panel paintings and a 19th century wall decoration; on the other hand, the noble coats of arms of the ancestors and relatives of the von Rössings in the Knights' Hall, such as the coats of arms of the families of Ilten, Veltheim, Gadenstedt, Oldershausen, Mandelsloh, Knigge, Landesbergen, Steinberg, Saldern, Haus, Rabe v.
