The Secret Trail is a very beautiful and flowing trail with plenty of speed and two jumps for practice. I highly recommend it. Secret Trail is also featured in this video: https://youtu.be/ddYr9qnKTV4

The Syrma Upper Trail is a very nice and good trail, with speed, lots of small and large jumps, S-lines, and it's still quite long. It's ideal for practicing, and I highly recommend it. The Syrma Upper Trail is also featured in this video: https://youtu.be/a1qb66CgISk

The trail starts almost at Kioski Oreokastrou and offers plenty of speed, but is easy to ride. It's a bit slippery due to the many small rocks. P5 Split1 Trail is also featured in this video: https://youtu.be/a1qb66CgISk

I later saw that part 1 isn't entirely accurate, as there's a trail before it. I have no idea if it's also accessible by mountain bike. This section, however, is very well-ridden, and I definitely recommend it if you don't want to ride down the easy forest road.

The Cycolopath trail is also a slightly challenging trail. At one point you have to push because of huge rocks (see pictures). I combined the Kokkalo Trail with the Cycolopath Trail and I have to say that on the Cycolopath Trail I had to ride more uphill than downhill. It is still a good trail.

For ME, the Pilones 2 trail is one of the most difficult trails to ride in the area. I can say that Enduro (downhill) is niche S2-S3, with large rock drops and lots of stones. I had to push the bike in some places, but it was still fun. Very good for practicing and I can only recommend the trail.

The Galopoula trail is very good for riding, flow, slightly rocky and with speed. I can ONLY recommend it.

The Leader is a short trail, but very good for training, has 2-3 drops and with the right speed the jump goes very well.
