The parish church of St. Martin in Großweier was built in 1902 in the Neo-Gothic style. It has a four-part peal from the Schilling bell foundry from 1953, which rings in a minor motif. The Neo-Gothic bell tower, located to the side of the entrance area, houses the four bells in a wooden bell frame. In one of the intermediate floors, there is also a historically valuable clockwork mechanism. The tower is equipped with clock faces on all four sides. Bells 1, 2, and 4 are integrated into the striking mechanism: Bells 2 and 4 strike the quarter hours, while the largest bell, Bell 1, strikes the hours.

A tourist hotspot in every season. One of the most frequented places in the Northern Black Forest. Still beautiful. The Mummelsee is a cirque lake below the summit of the Hornisgrinde, the highest mountain in the Northern Black Forest. It was formed in the Ice Age by the erosive work of a cirque glacier.
