The Zarrenthin Kiessee is an artificially created gravel pit lake in the Zarrenthin district of the municipality of Bentzin in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. It was created as a result of industrial gravel mining that began in the 1960s. Geologically, the lake lies in a meltwater channel formed during the Weichselian glaciation. It has an area of 54 hectares, a length of 1.5 kilometers, a width of 500 meters, and a maximum depth of up to 28 meters.
