The Myriapode is an important land art piece near Ellezelles in Walloon Picard. It is a structure 4.5 meters high and 11.6 meters long, made of woven wood. Inspired by the shape of a centipede, it fits perfectly into the forest landscape. The artwork serves as a place of rest and reflection for walkers and cyclists on the RAVeL and offers elevated seating and shelter. The artwork is part of a series of six landscape artworks installed in the Pays des Collines in June 2023. The ensemble was realized by the collective Bowerbird (Wolfgang Bregentzer & Bram Vanhoff) in collaboration with JNC International, as part of European INTERREG projects.

Temporary exhibitions are also held in the building. Free restrooms.

Next to it is a small park with benches, picnic tables and a playground for the little ones.

The Maison des Randonneurs, built on the small square of l'Enclus du Haut, is a valuable addition to the network of tourist facilities in the Pays des Collines nature park. It is designed to welcome visitors in high season. From April to the end of September, the building is open to walkers, who can obtain various information, maps, walking packages and other brochures. Sylvie (1851-1925), the most popular but also the strangest character of the village, originally came from Flanders, had travelled a lot, but retired to Vloesberg in 1902. She settled, far away from prying eyes, in a clearing in the forest. The locals built her a hut in spruce wood, a replica of which can be found near the centre of La Houppe. This place has become a real place of worship and the starting point for many walks.
