The house was inaugurated on July 25, 1922. 1,200 guests from Schweinfurt, a total of 3,000, came to attend. Electric light was installed in 1929. During the Nazi era, the house was used by the Wehrmacht. In 1945, the club took over again. Two years later, the club sold drinks for the first time.
