LISINIEC Recreation Park

The "Lisiniec" Recreation Park covers over 40 ha of green areas located in the western part of the city by the exit road to Opole.
There are 3 water reservoirs in the Park (the Pacific, the Baltic, the Adriatic Sea), a 2.5 km long recreational path, floating equipment rental (pedal boats, kayaks, SUP boards - at present, due to the epidemiological threat, the rental activities has been suspended), a skate park, 2 tennis courts with social and catering facilities, a rope park.
In the western part of the park there is the Adriatic Recreation Zone with a large beach with seaside sand, water jetties, a footbridge over the canal connecting the "Adriatic" reservoir with the "Baltic" reservoir, rescue tower, pedestrian routes, bicycle paths, parking lot from ul. Toruńska / Wałowa and elements of small architecture. The complex has a large number of shrubs and trees, dominated by the Japanese "Kikushidare-zakura" cherry blossoms - considered one of the most beautiful ornamental plants. The whole building is illuminated and covered by internal monitoring. The complex also includes a beach pavilion with a viewing terrace, hygienic and sanitary rooms and catering facilities. There is a beach equipment rental, as well as a bar and restaurant that also offers gondola rides.
