A little further on is the armoury, which is well worth seeing, with the weapons collection of the Schwarzburg princes. House and equipment are finely prepared. Finally, the castle that is being restored - the ancestral home of those from Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt - and the adjoining small park with the Kaisersaal and a first-class view of the Schwarzatal and Unterem Ort. All in all an interesting and beautiful history mile!
