This portion of the trail is completely paved and protected from drivers -- with amazing upkeep and signage. There are "nature trails" interwoven throughout. CYCLING: The path is very flat but could be a fun afternoon with the family or a blast to tear through the side trails. This stretch sported two benches along the trail with additional seating at the park.
