Country road along the Changxi River. Approx. 12~13km in length from Shendu Town and passing through Changxi Village until it merges onto S347 in the north. Late March and April the rape fields just passed Changxi Village will be in bright yellow bloom. The road itself is partially asphalt, mainly concrete - and mostly good to ride.

13km route from Shendu Town (深渡镇) and passing Changxi Village (昌溪乡) until it merges back onto S347 main road. Going south to north, shortly after Changxi Village and crossing the bridge, the road runs through large rape fields that are in bright yellow bloom from mid/end March. The road is partially asphalt, mainly concrete, a little rough in some places. But still good to ride. The views make up for any bump in the road ;-)

Riding along the river opens wonderful views all the time. This is one of many locations that offer a great view of the Xin'An River and the village of Zhangtan. Don't take me up on this, but I think there is also a small ferry down by river about 100m from this location.

Already visible from a distance the pagoda stands high above the river, next to Taiping Xingguo Temple (太平兴国寺). The pagoda is about 23m in height and dates back to 1119.
