Nice pathways and cafe for a snack or coffee.

As well as good selection of filled jacket potatoes and sandwiches, lunch also includes specials each day. Very dog friendly, they have an area of tables by the bar that is hard floor where dogs are welcome, bowls of water bought to the tables. The beer was good too

Strangely stumbled across this place as was driving to another location. So glad I turned off road and followed the sign to it.

This place is steeped in history. Built 2500 years ago and occupied for nearly 500 years. With the ramparts still very visible. Some lovely views form the top.
