The Catholic community in Vasilishki appeared in 1652, in 1658 a Dominican monastery was founded here, in which a wooden church was built. The stone baroque church that we see today was built in 1769. After the suppression of the gentry uprising in 1830, like many other Catholic churches on the territory of modern Belarus, it was transferred to the Orthodox and converted as an Orthodox church, in 1919 it was returned to the Catholics. In 1922-1928 it was reconstructed. After the Great Patriotic War it was closed, in 1980 it was returned to believers. The temple is a monument of late baroque architecture. The main altar of the temple is richly decorated with stucco, in its center is the painting "The Baptism of the Lord". In total, there are 7 altars in the interior of the church, made in the Rococo style. Stone altars are stylized as pink and blue marble, decorated with gilded stucco. The temple is surrounded by a rubble stone fence with three-arched gates. The temple was not spared by the legendary events of 1863. The rector of the Vasilishkovsky parish, Syrvind, was arrested for participating in the national liberation uprising.

The appearance of these objects of industrial architecture (and now famous sights) is associated with the beginning of the activity of the Grodno water pipeline, which began to be built in 1877 with the participation of the All-Russian Joint-Stock Water Society. The western (pink) tower was erected in 1890, while the eastern (yellow, closer to the railway) tower was built no earlier than 1915. Both 22-meter towers are built in the eclectic style; urban rumor called them "Kasya" and "Basya". Where these names came from, no one remembers today, but there is a version that before the war, in one tower there was an accounting department for a water utility, where a certain Basya (Barbara) worked, and Kasia (Katazina) worked in the next house manager. At the end of the 20th century, these original buildings with richly decorated facades housed the creative workshops of the Grodno branch of the Union of Artists of Belarus. Source: planetabelarus.by

The church was built in 1926-1936 in the Art Nouveau style on the site of an old wooden church at the expense of the parishioners. The interior of the church, represented by frescoes, is interesting.

The church was built presumably in 1606-1612 as a Calvin's cathedral in the Renaissance style. In 1621 it was handed over to the Catholics. After the Kalinovsky uprising it turned into a church. It was badly destroyed during the First World War. The temple was closed during Soviet times. It was handed over to believers in 1990.
