Unfortunately, there aren't many parking spaces if you drive through the gorge. We were there early in the morning. The hiking trail starts right next to the road. After about 400 meters, you'll reach the lower suspension bridge over the Bicajel River.

The first time, it was only 5 minutes, according to the notice. I endured 30 seconds of agony. Then there is the same thing again for a full body immersion with a changing room. If you dare, take a swimsuit, towel and defibrillator with you.

This church fortress is only partially fortified. You can visit the free-standing bell tower and the church. The baroque organ is being restored and is due to be reinstalled this year.

The farm castle was built by 7 communities to continue life in times of war. It has been restored in recent years and is scheduled to open to visitors in autumn 2024. The climb is still worth it. You have a beautiful view of Saschitz.

Very nice route, but at the same time a lot of care! For many it may seem easy, but it is not. Many cyclists have experienced this unequipped route and ended up in hospital. Preferably a DH equipment (as many features as possible). It was very pleasant and interesting.
