This is a truly idyllic place to take a break. The Saßlage in Holte-Lastrup is located on a small island, home to an old half-timbered building. The old house in this idyllic setting is now very popular for weddings. "Saßlage" is the name for a water depression. This was once used to draw water for firefighting or to water livestock.
