The path belongs as a signposted path K3b to the official network of paths of the municipality of Lieg and as H6 to the network of paths of the municipality of Lahr. However, this path is rarely walked and is therefore quite adventurous. No problem on foot, a bike has to be lifted over trees several times.

The path from the bridge up towards Mörsdorf is something you really have to want to ride. Almost unrideable anymore, lots of surrounding trees, everything overgrown and rooted up by wild boars. There are paths you only ride once 😂

Directly from the Dünnbach-Weg, you can see 5 adit mouths. The adits lead up to 80 meters into the mountain and branch off multiple times, so you shouldn't lose your orientation. There may be further adits in the steep slope of the Silberlei. In front of it is an area surrounded by silvery birches with spoil (because only birches grow on the toxic excretions of the silver smelting). UPDATE 2026: The adit mouths directly on the path have been closed with massive grates, I haven't checked the others.

The bridge was well restored. However, this is the end for bikers. The stream crossing that immediately follows has no bridge and the ford is probably too deep, even in dry conditions. The path up from the valley has a longer pushing and carrying section
