The quickest way to get from the beach up to the meadows is via these stairs. If you want to avoid the stairs, you have to go around the outside on the gravel path and then you can walk across the meadow.

Pasture in a beautiful hilly landscape with several footpaths and stairs over the fence in several places. The pasture is very spacious and you don't often come across cows, but they are used to hikers and usually ignore you.

The trail from Rydebäck to Landskrona takes you along the coastline of the Öresund, gives view on the little island Ven and is mostly natural and gravel path and trail with occasional stretches of paved road. A few stairs are to climb and it is passing through pastures, fields and acres and a small harbor, a camping site with bathing beach and finally the outskirts of Landskrona town. Easy to approach from both South or north - I took the ferry from Elsinore to Helsingborg (49DKK) and a bus (219) to Rydebäck Fortunavägen (43SEK). The way back from Landskrona to Helsingborg with the train was 53SEK.

High up directly on the edge of the cliff, trees in the back as protection from the wind, there is a breathtaking view of the Hilleshögs dalar nature reserve. On the right a hilly pastureland and on the left the view over the Øresund and the island of Ven.
