Val Scaradra Waterfall

Highlight • Waterfall

The Val Scaradra is at the very end of the Blenio Valley, sandwiched between the Greina plain and the Rheinwaldhorn (Adula), the highest peak in Ticino. The former Frauenalp is located in a wonderful valley basin and thanks to the noble self-catering hut you can live comfortably here. Many boulders, a climbing garden and the proud nine pitches of the "Via Scaradra" make a visit definitely worthwhile. The alp itself is flat and therefore very child-friendly, but the approach should not be underestimated, especially when it is wet (90 minutes)

Alpe di Giumello Waterfall

Magnificent waterfall but without a bridge. The hiking trail runs directly through the stream which, depending on the amount of water, could lead to wet feet.
