I started from the Schönklinik Bad Bramstedt in December 2022 and ended up there again. Unfortunately I ended Komoot before arrival instead of finishing the break 🙈. That in advance. Otherwise, this is a nice loop that - if the second bridge is restored in 2023 as announced - could be reduced by half the km. The entire circuit could also be cycled. But then I recommend staying on the main path.
