Well-maintained gravel and dirt fire access roads lead to the pond. The route is fully passable for gravel bikes, trekking bikes, and MTBs. Unlike the popular routes around Paprocany, the sounds of civilization are almost inaudible here. It's a great place to get off your bike for a moment and listen to the birdsong. The Żebrok pond lies on an ideal route connecting Lake Paprocańskie (via Promnice and the Korzeniec stream valley) with Jankowice or Pszczyna. It can easily be combined into a loop with the Dulniok pond. A great spot for a peaceful photo stop or regeneration in the shade of the trees! 📸

Staw Żebrok is a charming and extremely quiet forest reservoir, located in the Pszczyna Forests, ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle and resting on the route. The reservoir has undergone extensive revitalization by the Kobiór Forest District. It serves a retention and fire-prevention function, and due to its wild character, it has become a haven for waterfowl, amphibians, and forest wildlife. Year by year, the surroundings are becoming more natural, adding to its unique, primeval atmosphere.

The most interesting points on the route: The historic figure of Maryjka Branicka from 1807, hidden in the forest The Valley of Three Ponds in Kobiór with the obelisk commemorating a former subcamp. The famous wooden bridge in Kobiór under the railway viaduct. The Market Square in Pszczyna and the adjacent Castle Park.

The "Plessówka" Inter-municipal Cycling Trail is a route of approximately 43 km, which forms the cycling axis of the Pszczyna district, connecting Pawłowice, Suszec, Kobiór, and Pszczyna. The trail is an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city. It leads through the charming Kobiór and Pszczyna Forests, passing numerous ponds, streams, and meadows with a view of the Beskids along the way. The route consists mostly of asphalt roads with low traffic intensity (approx. 72%) and sections of gravel and forest paths. Due to the variable condition of the surface in the Kobiór Forests (stones and roots in places), a gravel, trekking, or MTB bike will perform best here. The trail is marked with blue color. In the municipalities of Kobiór and Pszczyna, R-1 markings and kilometer signs are very good. In the vicinity of Suszec and Pawłowice, the signs can be faded, so it is worth following the GPS track from Komoot.

A popular cycling trail thanks to which you can see Pszczyna and its surroundings. Unfortunately, the surface is not in good condition everywhere.
