With a bit of luck, you can find the tower. In my case, a family tipped me off that this tower exists next to the Bismarck Tower. It's very interesting architecture. You can find some information about it next to it. There's a small information table. Unfortunately, not all levels of the tower are accessible. It's a great place to take some interesting pictures.
