The "CoastSnap station Lønstrup Nord [DK 🇩🇰]" actually had its own highlight, but due to komoot's unfortunate, presumably AI-driven action of merging highlights created for seemingly identical sights at nearby locations in different sports into a single multi-sport highlight, this is no longer possible. As you can see from the numerous comments containing my identical text, I tried various ways to outsmart the AI and prevent the two clearly distinct highlights from being merged. Neither selecting different images nor varying the position yielded the desired result. The only result was that the highlight "CoastSnap-Station Lønstrup Nord [DK 🇩🇰]" also ended up in the highlights at https://www.komoot.com/de-de/highlight/2724333?ref=whd and https://www.komoot.com/de-de/highlight/7652494?ref=whd. Perhaps this madness will be stopped if enough of us complain... 😉

On August 11, 1877, a severe storm struck Lønstrup. The torrential rains cut a rift through the dune in the middle of the village, the Bækslugten rift, which is still clearly visible today. After a cloudburst, houses, sand, and earth were swept away by the floodwaters. See also: www.visitnordvestkysten.de/nordvestkysten/planen/baekslugten-gdk595207
