The trail is very difficult to find, starting from the first water crossing, but especially between points 4 and 5 (note: I hiked in the opposite direction). I lost the route several times and had to climb very dangerously to finally reach the cave! Komoot didn't clearly indicate the route, and the hiking GPS also showed this route... So extra preparation is necessary! A truly beautiful area!

The Orrido di Foresto Reserve, established with the aim of protecting the prickly juniper, extends for 200 hectares in the territory of the municipalities of Bussoleno and Susa. It includes the stupendous ravine excavated by the Rio Rocciamelone and the neighboring limestone bastions alternating with xeric prairies. Beautiful point of view, unfortunately polluted by flag of absurd political demonstration.

Well-signposted circular route, which winds through the Foresto ravine. It is short but not very easy, some passages on a narrow path along the hillside require a little attention, a little exposed. Beautiful panoramic views of the rock faces and the lower Val Susa.

Small cliff belonging to the Foresto area and divided into 5 sectors, separated by short wooded areas. The DX sector of the 1st terrace can be reached by following two evident cairns clearly visible as soon as the path reaches the base of the cliff. The height of the streets is between 10 -15 meters in the first sectors, up to 20 m in the 4th terrace. Crag The exposure to the south and the modest altitude (600 m.) Make it a suitable place for winter days, while remaining easily accessible even in mid-seasons. Source: https://www.gulliver.it/itinerari/terrazze-di-avalon-falesia/
