An interesting fact is that the bridge on the railway line no. 10 Legionowo - Tłuszcz was completely modernized in 2022. There are a lot of materials on this topic, both in writing and on YT :-) https://www.nakolei.pl/plk-buduja-nowy-most-nad-kanalem-zeranskim-w-nieporecie/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJB9Xbg4DHM

The Grota Bridge is a less popular bike path, primarily due to the unfavorable spiral roads that require double crossings to access the Żoliborz side. The Grota Bridge itself was built between 1977 and 1981 as part of the Toruńska Route. It forms part of the Warsaw expressway bypass. The first designs for the bridge were created in the 1960s. According to these designs, it was to be a cable-stayed bridge supported by two pylons. The design was changed due to the high construction costs of such a bridge. The final design was prepared by a team of engineers from the "Stolica" design office, led by Witold Witkowski. The bridge was built by Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Kolejowych No. 15 (abutments and supports) and Mostostal (supporting structure and assembly). https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Most_gen._Stefana_Grota-Roweckiego

Crosses were erected to commemorate an important event or to confirm one's religious commitment. They were built in gratitude for saving a life or receiving grace. They were also boundary markers that marked the end and beginning of a village or as road signs. Karawaks protected against epidemics. In Poland, there is also a custom of erecting crosses by the roads to commemorate tragic deaths in road accidents. Crosses are made of various materials. An example are crosses with Christ cut out of sheet metal. They were mainly created in the period from the second half of the 19th to the mid-20th century.
