The uphill route on Jeleniowskie Ścieżki. Some fitness required: there are steep moments and a few serpentines. A forest path through beautiful, dense forests. Great. You have 183m up in a little over 2km.

The history of the Czartoryski Mound is that after the fall of the November Uprising in 1831, Prince Adam Czartoryski visited the Holy Cross here on his way to exile; he also gave a political speech. His officers carved in the ground with sabres: From this height we raise our prayers to God for our perishing Fatherland. The Mound is in memory of these events.

Such a must have. It's beautiful downstairs, but the views here are great. Entrance to the tower through the main gate of the monastery and to the right. Last entry at 4:40 p.m., open until 5 p.m. There is a small fee.

It's best to come after 09:00. Then, in addition to visiting the church and monastery, we can drink coffee and eat a good cake :)

A cross commemorating the fallen Home Army soldiers in the forests of the Jeleniów range. A grouping of "Ponury" partisan units took place on the Szczytniak mountain in 1943. A field mass was also held on this occasion.
