The two Esthal residents Helmut Weitzel and Albert Kuhn from the Pfälzerwald-Verein Esthal have cleaned and restored the old Finter – Breitenbach – spring in Rumpelsloch, thus making it a pretty little gem. Above the outlet, they have erected a name stone. The new bench next to the spring will give the hiker the opportunity to rest again before the steep ascent towards Schwarzsohl.
