Riding up to Cherry Gardens from Black Road is a moderate climb on a windy and fairly quiet road. Great in summer with lots of shades from gum trees.

This is part of a longer bike trail through McLarenVale along the old rail track. Great alternative to the regular roads.

3k climb parallel to the main road. It starts steep going out of Willunga but loosens up after 1k. Epice climb, up the top you get rewarded with large bitumen signs stating the home of the King of Mountain for the Tour Down Under 👍😁

Best alternative to ride between MC Vale and Willunga. All bitumen - so suitable for roadies. It actually goes all the way to MC Vale.

Beautiful and quite road as a variation to go up Chandlers Hill from Clarendon. Make sure the gears work well @ up to 20 % ascent on some steeper (but short) sections.
