The La Plata area is a small tourist corridor along the old road to Santagüeda. In this area there are several summer farms, an indigenous community called Ambacheke with a population of 90 people, this population has been in the municipality of Palestine for more than 30 years and has a governor. Likewise, in the educational part it has the José María Carbonell School and healthy recreation sites.
