The new staircase has recently been installed in the tower, which leads all the way up to a viewing platform. Very well done and worth it 👌 I have added new photos (most of the old ones are now history...).

A staircase has just been built into the tower so that you can climb up. Great! There are also lovely fireplaces.

Martina's tip is no longer up-to-date. The Sitterstrandweg was severely damaged in this section in 2021. In the meantime, all bridges and stairs have been removed and the path now runs partly along the main road (the old path has now been left to its own devices and is no longer an official hiking trail - so enter at your own risk).
