Large rocks anda terrible ride unless youβre on an MTB, this isnβt fun if you really ride gravel and arenβt on a Leccy bike. Be warned, maybe someone has decided to add shale and rocks to make it un rideable.

Thornton Force is the last waterfall on the River Twiss going upriver. For me it was the most impressive waterfall on the Ingleton Waterfalls trai with its 46 ft drop and (at least when we were there) its very impressive flow over the edge and the force of the water landing at the bottom.

The gorge narrows as you walk along and at its narrowest point, you can take a detour down to the bridge that crosses the gorge. It doesnβt go anywhere, itβs just a viewpoint, but itβs a breathtaking but slightly nervy view.
