The Old North Bridge is located in in Concord, Massachusetts, and is a historic site central to the American Revolution. Heart Pond is a freshwater kettle pond in Chelmsford, but borders the town of Westford. This is a popular swimming spot in the summer and a great place to pause as you ride along the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail. You can access the swimming beach on the northeastern side of the pond right from the Rail Trail where there are porta-potties you can use.
