These are not so much bunkers as places of fortified positions of the former air defense missile batteries of Warsaw from the Cold War period.

June 6, 2024, Villa Zosin

"Whose palace is this?! -> Zosiń!" But seriously, it was allegedly in the hands of Mrs. Piasecka Jhonson. I found the following description of this extraordinary palace! "The villa called "Zosin" was built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries by the Warsaw merchant and industrialist Borman. It had the character of a summer house where the Borman family, mainly two young sons, spent their holidays. Before World War II, half of the villa and the garden were bought by the gardener Paczkowski, and from then on it was said that the Bormans and Paczkowskis lived in "Zosin". After the war, the house, already a "quartering" house, inhabited by several families, gradually fell into ruin. It became the property of the State Treasury and has since been inhabited by many different families. All that remains of its former glory is the architectural structure and the garden and park layout. Years ago, scenes for the film "Ring with an Eagle in the Crown" about the Warsaw Uprising were shot here. In 1998, the commune sold the villa, and the buyer gave replacement apartments to former tenants and began renovation. For almost a year, the walls were made of plaster and the building had no roof or ceilings. However, the walls turned out to be so rotten that they had to be dismantled. The facility was completely demolished. After reconstruction, unfortunately, it does not resemble "Zosin" - the summer villa of wealthy townspeople. Authorska Pracownia Projektowa Maciej Mazgaj participated in the work on the new project, and construction started in 2001. The form of the main building is reminiscent of historicism, common in Bavaria in the 19th century. The entire estate includes the "Zosin" residence, a cardboard garden, a large garage in the style of the main building, and a gazebo over a beautiful pond. It is worth adding that next to the palace there is a historic linden alley, and although the "Zosin" area is not open to visitors, because the estate is in private hands, we can enjoy a walk among the trees and a view of the buildings from the old linden trail. https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=1030443493745743&set=a.812043872252374
