The Schweinheim house of God was not consecrated to one of the many people we venerate as saints, but rather the ONE God in THREE persons – that is, God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit – was chosen as the patron. Father Reinhard Körner writes about the mystery of the Holy Trinity: „Among the great ones among the intercessors in the history of Christianity… I found prayer texts in which – in the same prayer – each of the divine Three was explicitly addressed. When I tried to recite the texts, I could feel that these people had not only had God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit individually in mind – they were addressing a divine community. And it seemed to me that they could only do this in their written prayers because they also did it otherwise, silently in their hearts.“

"The Rheinbach station was built together with all the stations on the Bonn - Euskirchen line (except Witterschlick) during the construction of the line in the years 1878 to 1880. This building was also designed by the architect Johannes `Jodocus´ Richter (born April 1, 1842 - died December 31, 1889). However, it was based on his own plan - although it is very similar to the buildings in Odendorf and Kuchenheim. This reception building - the mirror image of which was built in Meckenheim - is a little larger than the buildings mentioned above and therefore has a slightly different layout of the rooms. The Rheinbach reception building is, alongside the one in Meckenheim, the only brick building from the early days of the railway line that has been largely preserved in its original condition and is therefore rightly listed as a historical monument today..."
