Municipal park located in the central part of Pruszków. It covers an area of 23.25 ha, including water bodies of 8.5 ha, and is recognized as a monument entered in the register of monuments under number 623403. The park was established at the request of Count Antoni Potulicki in the second half of the 19th century as an environment for the Potulicki neoclassical palace, designed by the German architect Karol Sparman. In line with the prevailing trends of the time, the composition took into account the existing terrain and the natural water system consisting of an old riverbed of the Utrata river and four ponds with a total area of 8.5 ha. In their vicinity grow alders, elms, as well as ashes, birches, and lindens, while along the old riverbed there is a complex of marshy sedge and reed communities. On the largest pond, there is an island on which a statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary has been placed, which is illuminated after dark. In 2010, a fountain was launched in its central part, which, apart from its aesthetic qualities, also serves an oxygenating function.

The chapel standing surrounded by trees is linked by human memory to the years of the January Uprising. At that time, the graves and places where patriots were executed could not be described, a sign was placed on them - a cross, a stone, and information about who, when and why died was passed down orally from generation to generation. The creator of the monumental likeness is Dawid Celak, who won the competition announced by the mayor of the city - the creation of the mural was one of the elements of the celebration of the Year of Wacław Kowalski in the commune. The artist won based on the best composition, aesthetics, visual appeal and originality. The mural was created at the restored transformer station, which is located at the intersection of Pszczelińska and Wilsona streets (next to the post office). The famous actor, known for his role as Pawlak in the cult trilogy "Sami Swoi", was a resident of Brwinów for many years. He died on October 27, 1990 and was buried in the parish cemetery in Brwinów with his wife and son.
