The lurking itself is so-so but it's worth driving around the reservoir. At the end, right by the tower, nice views from the bridge of the reservoir itself and the surrounding backwaters.

Near the bridge, in the bushes, on the side of the semaphore, there is a small roof with benches. I posted one photo. It won't protect you from harsh conditions, but at least it's shaded on all sides.
