"In the square in Zaborów (Masovian Voivodeship), between the church and the school, there is a statue of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. It stands on a mound built in 1928. The initiator of the so-called of the independence chapel was Jan Kujawski, a teacher at a local school. He built the mound together with his disciples. He himself funded the pedestal and the commemorative plaque. The eagle-shaped mosaic was made by teachers.
