Rococo-style ballroom, 1754, west tower with onion dome, lower parts late Gothic, dated 1530. The portal, which today leads from the gallery into the tower, was probably once the outer gate of the predecessor church, which was first mentioned in 1193 and severely damaged in 1690 during the Palatinate War of Succession. The architect of the new building was Johann Georg Hotter. In 1787, an organ with 25 registers was ordered from Johann Georg Geib. In 1955, the marbling inside the church was carried out true to the original. The paintings all date from 1754 by the Landau painter Georg Menges.

The Hund winery in Venningen, are dedicated winemakers who produce the first new wine of the year from the Solaris and Ortega grape varieties. The winery is a hotspot for cyclists. People from all over gather in the winegrowers' courtyard to sample the new wines. A wide selection of regional dishes is served through the kitchen window. Friendly service is provided, and everything is very reasonably priced.
