The trails at John Muir are all very well marked. The Blue Loop is the most difficult trail loop. You will find some technical parts that are challenging, but not crazy difficult.

You can choose between five different loops ranging from 1.25 miles to 12 miles. The Blue Loop trail is the most difficult loop thanks to the few rock gardens.
